Registration Desk
The registration desk will be open at the venue on Sunday 14 Sept. from 17.00 to 20.00 and on Monday 15 Sept. to Tuesday 16 Sept from 8.00 to 18.00.
Oral presentations
The Symposium will be held in main Conference Hall of J.J. Strossmayer University (Trg Svetog Trojstva 3, 2nd floor). The Symposium language will be English, without simultaneous translation. The Conference Hall will be equipped with a PowerPoint data projector. Participants must bring their presentations on CD or on USB flash pen (Windows XP-compatible) to be uploaded to the PC in the Conference Hall as follows:
Poster presentations
Posters will be displayed in the Poster Room, next to the main Conference Hall. Participants can put up their poster(s) on Sunday 14 Sept 17.00 to 20.00 and on Monday 15 Sept. from 8.00 to 9.00. Posters will be displayed on boards of 90 x 130 cm (width x height) during the whole Symposium. The number of the poster will be indicated in the Book of Abstracts included in the Symposium bag, and it need to corresponds to the number of the board where the poster should be mounted. Poster Session will be organized on Wednesday 17 Sept from 10.00 to 11.30. The presenting author will be expected to be present at the posters and participate in the Poster Session as specified in the program. Pins and two-sided adhesive tape will be provided.
