Symposium fee is as follows:

 *students must provide proof of their status signed by their supervisor
Junior scientists presenting a paper can apply for an EWRS subsidy to cover part of their expenses. Details on the application procedure will be published on this website

Fee includes:

  • Symposium bag and access to scientific sessions and meetings
  • A copy of the Book of Abstracts
  • Welcome reception (Sunday, 14 September)
  • Lunches (at the venue) during the Symposium (Monday 14 to Thursday 18 September)
  • Refresshments during the morning and afternoon coffe breaks
    Excursion
  • Conference Dinner (Tuesday 16 September)

Fee does not include: evening meals (except the conference dinner) and accommodation
